Ann-  Thank you for sharing your page its such an amazing bunch of people in here. Its hard sometime to find gripping on the whole food world my daughter can’t eat gluten if she does she gets alopecia so she will lose her hair plus her body will ache for days on days. Just as your son she have anaphylactic allergy for some nuts . This page is making it easier you don’t feel so alone on the bad days or the great days.

Emily-  Thank you for sharing yourself & your recipes with us! This community is inspiring! I too struggle with food anxiety. I’m trying to let us go as much as I can. Your hard work on recipes such as the carrot cake cupcakes (serving those today!) & the pizza crust help me feel more normal & willing to try new things!

Contesa-  This group has helped me and my family a lot. I would have been so lost if not for this group. I almost gave up on a lot of food till I came here. I am still learning and u have helped a lot thank u so much for a safe and fun place to learn.

Deanna-  I LOVE this page!!! Yes food anxiety is REAL!!! I really get it when I go to another country on a mission trip!! Nothing is any worse than getting glutened while in a 3rd world country in the middle of no where with no restroom, when your reaction to gluten is GI, in which most of the time coming from the basement, not the attic (lol)! I’ve learned to pack two things: toilet paper and lots of gluten free snacks!! Those take precedence and then I work from there to achieve my under 50 pound luggage limit

Cheryl-  I agree! I feel as if I have friends who understand it in a world of people who don’t. If you have not suffered with it or watch your child…. you just don’t understand. And for that support that I am very grateful.

Melody-  Great new food ideas. So many new brands of food and different types of food that is available to me. I appreciate it all. And I finally got to have a good rye bread and have my pastrami sandwich.

Elizabeth-  This whole site and everything about it has helped me. It has helped to know that I am not alone, that it is okay to ask questions and to get answers, it has helped me in trying new foods and to face the new life altering change of how I eat in a way that I couldn’t do on my own. Thank you Paola Anna for all of your hard work and dedication. Because of you and this site, I am feeling 110% better, looking better and not spending as much of my life at Drs and hospitals.

Dustee-  I was just diagnosed in October so everything posted has been extremely helpful to me. Thank you to you for your hard work and dedication to the site!
